when i gear down in 2nd 3rd when i let clutch out and go two accelerate it judders.can anyone help

mate look up cleaning the throttle body thats the first place to start what enginr do you have or what year is it

I would def have a look at cleaning TB 1st that sorted my problem when i 1st got mine
