Hi Kevin, this is what the parts team have said "8V0 804 631 goes to 8V0 804 631B now, we can only supply 8V0 804 631B now.". Can you shed any light on this please?

I'll update my etka today and check

Yes etka says rev B is a direct replacement so it should work

Kev, unless you've edited the original parts list for this, it states rev B for this part. The non rev item is in a list "quoted" wrongly, later in the thread.

Yes I edited the original list. I cant do anything about quoted posts. It doesnt really matter which revision you order as etka will suggest the newest part (Rev B in this case)

Recieved the parts today, haven't had chance to fit but they look ok.

Old thread revival.....

I'm going to attempt to fit rear footwell lights this weekend, but I've had a quick look under the seats, and where the cut out is for the light to fit to, it's covered by the yellow foam from the seat.

Did you just get the light to push this inwards, or did you cut around the aperture with a knife to remove the foam ?

I just pushed the light in, displacing the foam. It's a tight squeeze so the lights don't budge.

Finally got round to fitting the jacking point mods today. Works a treat, thanks Kev!  :smiley:
