Mk2 Golf Gti 8v Digi Failing to start

Hi guys, been given this golf from a family friend. The car used to run when he parked it up 6years ago but now it doesnt want to know😩
Things ive checked and done so far
Checked for a spark
Changed in tank fuel pump
Changed ignition switch
Changed ecu
Changed fuel pump relay
Changed battery
Removed immobiliser
I can hear the fuel pump prime and then go off after a couple of seconds
The car starts fine with easy start
Taken the fuel line off the engine and tried cranking but not recieving any fuel
Im puzzled to say the least, any help would be appreciated.

Also ive checked to see if im recieving a signal to the pump under the car and it came back with 0volts

Have you tried chucking a live to the under flooor pump. Then see if its getting the fuel up. Sound like thats the problem

Immobiliser? In a mk2 = aftermarket?

Does fuel get to the injectors? If yes then remove them and see if they spray..... quite possible that they have seized up.

Theres no voltage going to the pump under the car the one in the tanks fine, yes theres a immobiliser but surely that would cut off the spark and the intank pump aswell?
Can hear the fuel running into the black box by the pump but its not coming up to the injectors.

The mk2 does not have an immobiliser from factory..... what is in the car?

What fuel pump under the car? Digifant I know from mk3 only has one pump....
I would start with the fuel filter which is on offside just in front of rear arch iirc.

Undo the fuel hose from fuel filter housing, injector assembly and put it in a glass jar.... should fill a 1l jar within a few seconds (tens perhaps).

I.e. trace a step at a time from pump to injectors and see where the fuel stops so to speak....

Mk2 digi has underside pump where the mk3 just has filter. Mk2 has filter next to pump.
If theres no power to pump then trace back. Ide try fuse and lift the rear seat to see if theres power to the connection to the under pump.

Or as I said fun a live to underside a make sure pumps working
