MAF sensor
« on: 12 September 2014, 09:47 »
Ok so last year my MAF sensor was knackered it was a Bosch from euro car parts
My mates computer was showing no reading.
I then put a new one from euro again Bosch make and it's playing up agin less then a year old
My mates computer says target 850 the reading in getting on high revs is 615 max
The graph is going up very slow aswell.

So my questions are
Why am I going through these quickly?
Is it because I have a custom map on car from darkside developments ( don't think it's this )
Am I right in thinking even though I'm buying the more expensive Bosch model this is still a re-mould if you like?
Would a genuine vw part be better even tho it is also Bosch?
Any ideas on price
2003 tdi 130

Cheers guys
