Title: Big Bumper Guides

Hi guys, one of the plastic guides on the side of my big bumper has broke and is sagging badly, when I took the bumper of it appears the guides aren't bolted on but 'melted on' if that makes sense, what's the best way to remove and refit a new guide?

Pretty straight forward to pop the bumper off and remove the knackered one
