Looks ok but why do people do conversion but not make them legal

still registered as a 1.4 for the moment. ideal for a 1st car or young driver. its now running a 1.8t (aum) out of a 2002 golf with 67,000 miles

 :shocked: so for 2 years he has been driving around with an undeclared engine swap, muppet.

I wish! Think it would be more cost effective to buy a brand new DERV with 300hp!

totally agree wayne i was hit by a corsa driver on a roundabout his fault and his insurance refused payout because of a undeclared engine swap. had to go through my insurance and lost 5 years no claims.
