Stick it on. Screwed on plates are awful.  I didn’t take any special measures to centre mine horizontally and vertically other than my own eyes, but I do have a very good eye for things being dead centre.   Nice clean look stuck straight one.

Stuck my wife's new plates on her Evoque last week.
Don't tell her but I got the back plate slightly wonky but I don't think she's noticed yet :lipsrsealed:
