Buxton Raceway - Drift weekend 4th & 5th October
« on: 01 October 2014, 21:19 »
I know this is a little short notice, but this weekend at Buxton Raceway they are hosting a Drift Event

Saturday - Practice Day
Sunday - Race Day

£10 Entry Fee
£10 Passenger fee... should you fancy a spin

I will be going, but not sure on what day yet as i am waiting for a few of my firends to roll down with.

I have been before andthere are some nice motors... some sh!t ones too, but cars going sideway very fast is always a good day out

So what?!?!

Did i say anything about taking a FWD car drifiting

And does it makes a difference that tjis is a Golf Forum, does that mean we are not allowed to like/watch any aother type of motor sport

Thats kind of racisits to other cars and motor trains... is there a social differenece between FWD, AWD and RWD... are the RWD crowd extremist nut jobs that go round spouting the holy drift bible and performaing horrific acts of violance against all other Drive Trains? Public executions!?! the burning own manufacturor manuals!?!?

and does is stop there  what about NA/Super harged or Turbo and even engine size..... Chaos i tell you.... this will cause absolute outrage between the factions.

Sigh* It was a day out... ya'know to go watch cars drifiting, park the Golfs and go talk to some of the drift car owners and the other Golf owners... or is socialising a step to far  crazy i know... going out and meeting people and doing things...

Madness, this is the kind of ignorance that stops the world from just getting along and enjoying the fine world of motorsport together

Your post alone indicates it was worth posting here - not everyone on this forum ONLY owns a FWD car.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.
