Which ones the better vagcom or vas5054

Looking to get one of the VW diagnostic tools my mate does vas 5054 and see lots of peeps use vagcom, i have vagcom light does all blocks upto 25 and few other things. Now want full version or vas, i've never used vas so need some info before i buy. Thanks.
