I know i know!... i wish i had some... work has been really busy and the misses has been keeping me on my toes!..... away this weekend but will be back on it next weekend!

Without checking back was the 21st September your target date for MOT?

I didn't make my target date either, but got there a month later :smiley: Getting it ready for tax at the beginning of October would be good.

Looked at those links that you posted, good stuff :wink: That POR15 looks like a worthwhile purchase don't you think?

Thats not scary. Ive tackled much much worse on some of our familys 50s and 60s classics in the past. It does help if you have a good welding machine, torch and plenty of practice  :grin:

hmmm, none of which i have!.... nearly bought a really cheap welder i spotted over the weekend.  probably best i didnt!

[/quote]you're right, dont get me wrong, its just the one i saw was bit too cheap! and it was an arc welder so probably not the right thing to practice with anyway..
