It was a few weeks ago now, but I just went in to get oil, filter, coolant etc. The guy was really helpful there, obviously prices are fixed but he took the time to explain everything and gave me a forces discount which wasn't expected. He then threw in a new sump plug and washer for free! I know its only a couple of quid, but fair play and recommended!
