Can you just take the maf sensor out and put it in a bigger alloy housing or would that make it not work properly? Or is the RS4 maf compatible cause thats 3.25" any ideas?

Think even on the KO4 / hybrid KO3's they only use the 3'' and thats for 280-300 hp.

Very much doubt you will need another 1/4 inch.

Gonna go a bit bigger if I can make it work :evil: that why will need a bigger maf have spoke to someone at rtech and they need more info on the turbo so sent them a email and still waiting for them to get back to me. Think I will need a 3.25" maf so was just wondering if antone new. Sorry to hijack your thread  :smiley:

some quote vr6 maf's as 3" maf, but that is the external bore, the internal is 2.75".

you can get maf housings that have the correct cut out and bolt pattern to fit the standard maf sensor.
