You wont need a 4bar FPR, most uprated injectors best flow at 3 bar of pressure. The Leon Cupra R fuel pumps can give 4 bar of pressure, but this is not the delivery rate. You need a pump that can flow more lph. Ideally a walbro inline external pump would be the best option. The Saab red injectors are commonly used a Calibra Turbo's running 300bhp+ think though they are sometimes over quoted on the flow, some people say 440cc and others recon around 380cc. Personally if your running an AGU i would go for a set of Bosch green tops 440cc injectors - http://www.jabbasport.com/store/index.php?app=gbu0&ns=prodshow&ref=0280150558.

Best speaking with Nick before upgrading the MAF so that he can calculate what size MAF housing you need to match injectors, cos if you get a wrong match then its alot more work when mapping to sort the fuelling out.

I have been speaking with nick regards to may next stage and im looking at the following

440cc injectors
larger MAF housing
Leon Cupra R or Walbro fuel pump
THS FMIC

I already have a forge actuator with red spring. Nick can supply these, as the kits that you get from forge have the Green/Yellow and red spring.

yeah, already got FMIC and forge actuator on, just need red spring.

Might go for walbro inline then, seen them for £55.

Are red injectors overkill then, am i best swapping for green?

Will the KO3s really pull enough air through to warrant a 3" MAF?

yes the k03s will pull enough air in to warrant a bigger maf. Im already maxing my MAF out

look to pay around £120 for a walbro inline 255 lph pump. thats the average price.
I found though that for around an extra £20+ you get get a new Leon Cupra R pump from TPS, which means easier to fit.

Red injectors wouldnt be overkill, its just a case of finding out what they actually flow and then get a MAF housing to suit as this saves time mapping and more chance of getting the f/a ratio right.

I have spoke to nick already about this, just waiting for him to tell me what size maf i need to run with bosch green tops

it will depend on what injectors you use mate, on a AUM then i think you can get 380cc injectors or 420cc but dont think they do AUM fitment in 440cc.

think u have the option of 2.5 standard and 3 inch VR6, Diesel etc..?

By the way, think saab red ones like mine will flow 335cc at 3 bar?

Does that sound about right?
