Sounds good though, just the wheels but I like you say, its got to be done first before you can really decide.

Which poor fecker only got 2 and half quid for their Kenwood gear!

I know mate. I'm not fussed on the colour of my mk1.
I'm going to keep ooking at this thread to see how everything goes in and that.

i supose its good on my behalf as im a car body repairer and painter so changing colours is no drama :D

and the story behind the kenwood gear is my mums other half works at a scrappy and these came in :S brand new boxed up inported from america and he had to pay the company he works for £2.50 to take them RESULT

but my mate has a vast knowledge!!!
but wanted to know what kind of job it is so i can tell him what hes letting himself in for!!! :smiley:

well for starters he'd need awsome welding skills for the mounts then good mechanical knowledge for the engine/ecu
