Hi all, just a quick question. If you set up a name in the Personalization menu of the new MK 7.5 with the active info display dash, is the dash supposed to display your name i.e "Hello James" or "Goodbye James", or does the name just pop up after starting to select one of the available profiles ?

It comes up when you start the car with the profile name (eg mine says "Fred") and you can use the up down steering wheel controls to select a different profile if you want (eg "wifey"). It doesn't say hello or goodbye.

You can also set each driver to a key so your profile is automatically chosen on startup of the car.
