What options have people ordered on a Mk7.5?

I've not voted as I've not ordered but if I did I suspect it would be 3dr DSG, prets, metallic paint, black mirror caps and that's about it. The only other option that would really interest me is the titanium exhaust and that's not been confirmed for UK and would very much be price dependent

Right they can shove that , you'll only see some would pouser with that. Many could afford but most don't get suckered in. Aftermarket if you want to look different friends.
