While this post is back up. Could someone share: Besides under the rear seats and door cards:

Where should one place brownbread and equiv for best soundproofing for ones dollarpound?

The mk3 isn't a quite machine and it's good to know? What sort of weight gain are we talking too? some soundproofing can add a bit too much weight.

Dynamat or similar products is the heavy stuff and is used really where metal is thin and likely to vibrate/resonate.

The brownbread stuff I assume is fairly light.

To answer above then as well as those first two favourites I would look at the bulkhead and front floor and then the boot.

I tried calling SoundSolutions from the link shown..number not receiving incoming calls and sending them an email and it comes back as Failed Mailer Deamon thing..
Looking to buy some brownbread..if anyone knows where else i could get hold of some?
