Right everybody I was going to be showing off my shiny New exhaust but turns out there are some differences between ours and the mk6, so you won't be seeing anything this side of Xmas. Good news is the oem is very restrictive so a full tbe should see great results!

How do they tell if an exhaust is restrictive?

How do they tell if an exhaust is restrictive?

Because you can see it, the pipe goes large and then very tight, it's probably how it develops the low down torque that we have. For full and better description ask nige at bcs he has a post on here regarding the system

Yup, never had an issue apart from one time when I got stopped for speeding. He just said they were illegal and get them changed, tried to tell him they weren't as they have the appropriate stamps etc. he wasn't having any of it.

Other than that I've had them for 2 years and never had an issue.

Just put 15mm spacers on before and after:

Also took sticker using acetone nail varnish remover and a cloth. Not perfect but better, took about an hour of impatient work, so a normal person could do better lol

I am a genius a little suede restorer and a polishing brush and Ta-da!
