engine removal

This is on behalf of a friend. He is converting a 1.6 to a 1.8t . Wants to know do you have to remove front end for engine removal or not ? lol i am not sure
Gone but still keeping a close eye on it...

Mk4 golf 1.8t AUM Hybrid K03s. Custom Mapped by R-tech to 260bhp. CR hybrid turbo Audi TT injectors / fuel pump, Forge tip,THS FMIC,Carbonio CAI, Full milltek turbo back, N249 bypass, Fully poly bushed, Weitec coils. Genuine R32 front bumper and Genuine R-line rear, Genuine Porsche twists, Anniversary black interior.

I find it easier for access plus it dont take long

ah i c will pass it on thanks . so could be taken out with out removing front end but easier to remove front end lol

yer you can remove without taking front end off but i dont think it takes long to remove front.. and the extra room it gives you just makes the job easier..

5mins to remove bumper

remove lights

drain the coolant

unplug electrics

front should unbolt off
