Hello guys, just thought id introduce myself as a newby on this forum.ÂÂÂ
Just got my first VW about a week ago and here are some pics of it.
Its a Mk3 GTi 2.0 16v in Majestic Blue which already had some nice mods including full leather heated interior and the alloys. I absolutely love the car.
Having a little teathing problem with misfire, but I have read through the 'Garage' threads and am going to try a few idea's from there. Have already done a few things but to no avail, but I am determined to persevere and get the car running right because apart from that I absolutely love it. The last owner was a lady driver (with the same love of car's as I) but her husband is a VW enthusiast so you can imagine the loving care and money that has been spent on it.
Not really planning any more mods at the moment. Oh, apart from correcting the eye brows which I like the look of but think they need to be switched over to loose that gap. The 17 inch Alloy's are off an Audi but I think they suit the car so probably wont be changing them, they are in real good condition. Its also been lowered as you can see, and gives a really nice ride. Rubbing slightly so we are going to higher the rear adjustables just slightly. And of course the de-badged grill is already done.
All in all, I think I found myself a gem and I am now hooked. Hope you all like it!!!
