took the wing off, brought bought a new wing, and dash board interior out tomorow

got my R32 bumper grille cut to fit my grille mod and tonight got all the grille fillered and rubbed down a little loads to rub down 
oh well

Engine oil and filter change on the mk1 and a nice coat of paint wax on them both.
I need to sort waxoyl'ing the new one this coming week.

de-badged the rear of the mk3 so it looks smoooooooth  lots of cleaning, hoovering, polish and waxing also.  It was a good day.

some more sanding down the filler on my front grille mod to level up ready to fill any imperfections in before final sand and then smoothing up ready for primer

Cleaned the hell out of it!

sanded the rest of the filler down on my front grille and then smoothed it all down in preperation for primer am i glad that bits out of the way  nearly there !!

Fitted red front GTI badge

A total pain to fit as it was an eGay special. I decided against drilling as I want to be able to put the old one off so took a hack saw to the badge and stuck it on with strong adhesive pads.

Im still undecided so may well still put the old one back on
