What have you done to your Golf today?

Spent 2hrs trying to get rid of a woodpecker from behind my glove box  faulty recirc air flap motor so just removed led and now its gone  and sprayed some wd40 on door hinge squeak gone

Abandonded it on my parents drive as the central locking kept unlocking then setting the alarm off. Will investigate when I'm less tired/ likely to smash it with a hammer....

45mm drop, oil change, coolant, brakes done, filters, all belts changed, PAS fluid!

Today the vr had its new alternator fitted along with a new set of spark plugs.

Also replaced the inlet manifold. Took forever to do but well worth it.

took it for its mot and hoovered it out when i got home as they managed to mess inside up  ordered up some bits for the weekend job to

took the passat on a trip to south wales.  shame it was a waste of time, but it was an afternoon out on full pay

Builders planks, put them on top of the ramps and drive up.  Crude, but effective.
