its holds around 5 or 6 cars, old textile mill (well part of it) still has metal clothing buttons and sh!t stuck in the floor in one of the corners from the late 1800's (very cool

Its damp free, Alarmed and in very secure location with a gated off entry to the estate also. Close to Motorways too
The entrance needs some alterations as theirs a slight lump going into the unit, noting major but struggled to get the lowered MK2 in.
metal beams in the roof, no pitt or anything. Hope to one day get a 4 poster ramp etc.. but right now its take it as it comes and try build up on it
We have full electric all in with the rent. no gas, but have a cool old burner in the corner with a Exhaust venting to atmosphere
