wires wires help !!!!!!!!!

hi i just brought this  http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=300139080330&sspagename=ADME:B:AAQ:US:1 and the PC2-69-4 cables and i need help on how to wire this up plz help thanks (what colour goes with what) and also i'm really stuck because i was told on the PC2-69-4 the yellow (12v batt) and orange (dial illumination), make them as 1(twist them together) and connect it to the yellow(12v batt) on the headunit lead ??? helppppppppp plzzzzzz  thankzzzz bik

What do you mean? You are hard wiring it and need to know what does to what? Some head units are different and i would think this one would be seeing as its not a main manufacturer! What colours have you got coming out the HU?

cant see the orange wire, red and yellow can be twisted sometimes. shame its not got an ISO really.

Red Ignition Live
Yellow perm live
Orange unused, usually just dims the headunit as you turn on the headlights.
Black earth
Blue Electric aerial or amp remote turn on
:)

Probably got lost in the "Great Crash of 08

so the orange n yellow on the pc2-69-4 so can be twisted as 1 because the orange is s only the dial illumination (light basilly) and the yellow is the 12v and then connect to the yellow on my hu lead yea   :undecided:

soz if i'm confusing you i'm confused mtself lol   :grin:
