That was a kool video althou surely if the skyline floored it he would loose you?

Anyhoo my Ex used to hate me spending money on my car, she always beleaved that "theres more important things to spend money on then wheels/music etc"

However my current GF when i asked her the question, What do you think about me spending money on my car and modding it etc?

Her response was..

"I dont care, i love it when you drive fast and as long as it dont stop us from doing stuff like holidays then spend your money on whatever makes you happy"

Im going to marry this girl... no jokes. :)

Rubbish! If that skyline was a turbo it would of eatern your golf for breakfast

As I just said 280 bhp with with 4wd trans loss
Against 250bhp with high torque and less trans loss

Makes perfect sense
And it was turboed as you could hear it and the non turbo ones are in the low 200's
I also recently beat a newer s3 which are either 260 or 280 bhp so I believe that ths skyline was turbo'd

Took some stills of the video and got te reg

As you can see its registered as a gtr and is imported as it was registered in 2006.
I looked it up and they are just over 270bhp Standard

sorry mate ive just wrote on the skyline forum and theyve never heard of 2.0 gtr.
i think he's registered it wrong the nissan gtr only came as a 2.5 litre 4wd twin turbo.

People also register turboed staleys and other imports as the lower models

Not tryin to argue but it had gtr posted all over it and was as quick as the 06 plate Audi s3 I raced which is much quicker then the lower level 215bhp non twin turbo skyline

Doesn't really mid to much.......makes her scream
Sorry to dig up the old argument. but that was not a race in any way shape or form. my 1.8n/a would be going faster than that after 30seconds.... that was just 30 seconds of you following a gtr at 80mph

and my ex didnt used to mind it. if i got something new and she was around mine then shed just stick a dvs on or go on the laptop(which turned out to be a bad move me letting her on there when she went to take a pic with the webcam and found a few saucy pics of a girl she knew...then found a few emails and stuff) or if it was a nice day shed be out on the drive helping and keeping me company

Take not of the gear change half way through the vid which was near redline of 4th gear (120mph) and still hard accelerating
I'm sorry but the gtr was giving it the beans as I could hear and was going a lot faster the The video seems,
Either way I know we were both going full and I caught right up and afterwards when I went up along side we both had big smiles on our faces. So don't mind what anyone says

I've got it planned out, I think the path to happiness is to get them into modding cars and then they will be happy and can't complain

Ah ok. well to me it only looks like your going about 80mph.    but ill take your word for it :)

I'd be like that with my girl but she prefers christian labouton shoes. £200 bags. And I've blown £5000 on holidays in the last year alone...and all i get at Christmas is friggin socks! Ho I suppose her cousin has use of ramps and all tools at the weekends and a hot power hose for all them stubborn marks  and I get free labour lol
