runs well untill warm!!!

i have recenly put a mk3 2.0 8v engine in my car everything is fine for 5 minuites and then it starts misfireing badly, please can anyone help, i either thing temp sensor or air temp sensor mayby,

the exhaust doesnt have a lamba sensor should it?
