A few pictures of our MK5 & MK6 GTI
« on: 28 November 2011, 15:59 »
Hi Guys

Thought I would show you a few pictures of our GTI's.

The MK5 is a 2005 model with 28 000km on the clock and the MK6 was bought in April this year and has 2000km on the clock.

Both are loved dearly with the MK5 being manual and the MK6 being DSG.

The only problem with the MK6 is the colour, an absolute nightmare which shows up even the cotton on the Microfibre Clothes after you have dried it...

The solution:

Been meaning to share these for ages but just have not had the time,  some guys here may remember me from the MK5 section.

Mike

Nice pictures.

Is your Mk6 Shadow Grey? I can't quite make out from the pictures what colour it is. I think it could be the lighting in pictures 2,3 and 4 that gives it a blue-green-ish tinge.

Hey Hey!

MK5 going extremely well, the car is mostly parked in storage as we have no space on the driveway anymore but has yet to let us down.

You still got the MK6?  :lipsrsealed:

Not driving anything at the moment.. having to borrow cars as the mazda is at the garage. So its either a bmw7 or clio!

With the price of petrol at the moment i think i am enjoying driving the clio slightly more
