now i know this is not a golf but i think these are smart as you hardly ever see them with mot and in good condition! heres the link would like to here other people views as im tempted to go up and have a look!

Not mk1, but, about 3 weeks ago I picked up an H reg Polo GT (1.3i) for ?75

No rust but the interior does need a little tidying and there is a dent to push out.

Other than that, it needs a handbrake cable and an exhaust box for the MOT so I think I got a bargain.

I was very suprised how quick it is :o

Ahhh christ now you've done it!!!
I've always wanted a mk1 polo, after seeing a few lovely retro examples at action this year I want one more than ever.
Having bought two golfs in the last month I had put the idea to the back of my head but that car is really tempting.
Only 50 miles from me aswell.
Mk1 polos are definately becoming rare and what with the current retro trends I think they will soon be in demand.
That one looks like a gem, please buy it and buy it soon before my self discipline gives way!!!
