Is it just me or are other people get this error recently?

I've had it a few times this week and again just a minute ago!

this happens when there is a problem connecting to the database. this may be cause by the server being busy. best thing to do is try again later, and not sit there rapidly smashing F5 hoping that you might jump the internet queue
