Following the 2BM kit I recently purchased I have decided I need a pressure washer..... :whistle:
After much deliberation and forum consultations I settled on a Kranzle K7/122 which is being delivered next week.
Q; Does anyone know if the Kranzle lance will be suitable for foam or do I need to by a specialist item like the Autobrite HD?
The K7 is capable of drawing water from 1m down so a rainwater harvesting system next on my agenda.
Slippery slope indeed :grin:

Indeed it is Mike yet we all seem to embrace it! :laugh:

The Kranzle lance will be fine but a 'proper' lance is better IMO, I run a Kranzle TS1050 and swapped as soon as I got it.

How would you accurately describe 'how much better' your 'proper' lance is?
Assuming your using the same foam water ratio, pressure setting and distance from the surface being coated what properties make the replacement superior.
Also what make is the foam lance are you refering to?
Detailed and complete answers are really useful for a newbie.
Thanks in advance.
K7/122 arrived yest.
Being given a lesson by a Pro detailer to ensure I learn the correct procedures.

Well I have been for a lesson in using my pressure washer and found a guick release connector for the trigger gun would be a better solution than all that screwing and unscrewing.
You would think two males and one QR in stainless steel would be easy to scource but Im still at it four days later.
The lesson also demonstrated the effectiveness of harvested and filtered rainwater and completely killed off any idea of a resin filter and expensive refills.
Deciding on a suitable tank layout and where to install it is my next challenge.
Sliding slower, but still sliding -> -> -> -> -> ->
