Looks great  Especially with the Pretorias.

That is a thing of absolute beauty.

That was my plan for today, in readiness for treating my car to a machine polishing, but there’s been a mix of drizzle and rain today so that put paid to my plans .

Looks good to me. I'm always please to see a nice picture. Just not the same ones over and over again
Red Mk6 gone replaced with a white Mk7 which has gone too. Green Mk2 here to stay.

Don’t think it’s correct to say birds nowadays. Larger lady is probably better. (Sorry).

Expensive day.

2 front shock abs and MOT so I’m now £640 lighter.

The shocks have been advisories for the last 2 mots with one being slightly worse than the other so decided to get them done car has only done 27k so pretty poor how long they have lasted.

Not great, but leaking shocks can happen just down to age as well as mileage. I assume you have a 6 year old car?
Maybe so but I know I wouldn't be very happy either if it was mine with that milage as ive a 9yr and a 14yr on original dampers.
Mk6 GTI  &  Mk1 GTI
34 years of GTI ownership.
