Hi guys,
Anyone had the 7.5 GTI remapped yet? APR seem to think it'll go to 305bhp, seems a bit high to me?
thanks,

I've had 2 Golf Rs remapped to 350ps, the DSG clutch is fine but too much for a manual gearbox clutch. Not sure if GTi is same clutch as the R, but just be aware if you have manual. Good luck.

I realise not quite the same, but Stage one Revo on a mk7 takes it up by 100hp. Manual clutch needs uprating though to deal with the high boost map, otherwise get it mapped to the low boost version.

DTUK Tuning box 'claims' 316ps for the 230bhp GTI.....

I'm planning to have mine remapped by MRC Tuning - they have remapped my two previous cars (a Mk V GTi and an Audi RS4). The Mk V Gti was remapped to 264bhp and the clutch lasted 150,000 miles. With the Mk 7, they are able to remap to 300bhp or 330 bhp. Now 300bhp is the same as the Seat Cupra - and I assume the clutches are the same?
