The Car is build for this.. , and tyres is so cheap now days..
That is not entirely accurate. The fact that there is a Launch Control function does not mean that the car is built for repeated, regular launching. With every launch you are creating extra wear on the drive-train (clutch, shafts etc.), this is a fact. Surely, the drive-train is designed and built with tolerances that allow a certain level of abuse so that it doesn't blow up the first time you try a launch, but you are using those reserves every time you do another one. How often is too often? That is debatable but it is certainly not something that comes for free in the long run. The Dodge Challenger SRT Demon is a car actually built for drag-racing with the components to match that type of use, a Golf GTI isn't.
PS. Also, only cheap tyres are... cheap! Which also make this car in particular drive like crap. Burning out a set of top tyres like the new Michelin PS4S at 8500 sek is not very cheap.
