Current delivery times?

I ordered a GTI PP DSG; order accepted on 26 June.
It's being built at the moment, leaving the factory on 23 August which is just over 8 weeks after order.
Probably due in Dublin around mid September, shipping dates are TBC.

WOW!  i ordered mine the same time, estimated build week 13th september lol.

They put it through as priority order for me - it helps if you know the guy who owns the dealership network!
I think lead times in Ireland have been slightly better than those in the UK in general.

Looks like I'm gonna be collect my GTI on the 2nd September.  Could have it any day but waiting for the new reg.

My car has just landed in the UK - expect 10 days before it hits the retailer. Perfectly timed for me being away on holiday.

Order Status 40 - Ready for transport to the dealer
Order Status 60 - Left the UK Port on the way to the dealer
Order Status 70 - Arrived at dealer

Im stumped - where do you get that level of detail status from??

I just get steps 1 to 7 😳

My order tracker has updated today to 'In Transit' so is built and en route!
