Hello to all... Today I travelled from sunny Dover to Derby to collect my 2003 Gti 180 and I couldn't be happier! She's in excellent shape, just a Tony Banks sport Cat and full exhaust and a mild map at the moment... My last 4 cars have been modified diesels (most recently a 240bhp Fabia VRS?) so it's a little strange driving a petrol car again and seeing the rpm go above 4000!
I'm keen on the forums and honestly there is so much help and advice on here I can't wait to get stuck in to my car tomorrow and start on some detailing! Always looking for recommendations of good mechanics around the Kent/SE London area who know the 1.8t well.
