Still happy with mine connected, but now I have the pedal box fitted, I don't use sport mode anymore so the soundaktor is quieter. Mind you, over the last few months I've noticed the exhaust note has changed like it has a bit more of a rasp to it. Has anyone else noticed that as the miles build up? Mine's on about 15.5k now.

Here you go, just follow the red dots.

Put in the % you want, 0%(off) to 100% and then tap the green check


I forgot to get the last part which is yet another green check and when you tap it it should briefly say adaptioned changed.

Is it active in normal mode on a GTi 7.5? The dealer said no, it only turned on in sport mode, but I'm not so sure.

If it is like the Mk7 then it is on all the time but at different levels.

The first thing I did when OBD11 arrived was to switch that off. I can now hear the exhaust and the farts.

Is there a particular model of OBD11? had a quick google search and they start from around £27, are these any good?
