Hi Guys
Just recently bought a Mk4 150 TDi PD, Its now suffering with oil in the expansion tank. I'm fairly confident its not head gasket but the Oil Cooler which is at fault.
Has anyone had experience replacing this part? I've heard of cheaper non Vw ones failing very quickly so maybe Vw is the best?
Does anyone have any tips? Are the any non standard tools needed? I've heard the bolt holding the cooler is quite large (maybe 27mm??) does anyone know as may need to buy an extra socket before I undertake this
