Are you planning a subtle drop as well, would finish it off.

well I have the 40mm kit I bought with the car..... although I'm going to look for some eibach springs and lower it around 30mm I think? As i said the wife will be driving it and she's not the brightest!!  :lipsrsealed:  :undecided:

Looks a nice one!

Would you believe I had a complete exhaust section which I had no luck selling and scrapped a couple of weeks back.

Coulda had it! You'll be able to swap your stuff surely though!

And good to see a Mk3 Mod back in a Mk3!

Yeah... That other fella, whatever his name is, doesn't count.

Ah go f**k yourself.

Nice to see you back in a MK3 Boney B. 'bout time really. Looks good, shame about the snow! Look after her, not many about these days, and you're right about the 7" wheels.

if they are anniversary 7" wide I have seen them go for £350 in rough condition, later mk4 type 6.5" wide sell for half that. that half inch does make a big difference!

Does the trim off the sills clip on that easily? I wanted to have a butchers at mine. i'm scared at what it might reveal though, seeing as i was pulling rotten metal out of my plastoc arch trim the other day!!!

Ive got 2 pairs of 7 inch anni alloys now after selling my 8v so if anyone needs a set let me know! They'll need a refurb but they are presentable.

well as I was able to give the car a proper clean I though I had best post some pics here

I have found the handbrake is sticking a bit today....so either cable or caliper repair time (both common mk3 issues, but the cable issue is a free fix! and I will try that first  :undecided:)... and tomorrow will be o.e headlamp blackening day!

The Hella's fitted may be going on ebay (unless I get a decent offer first!)
