phoned up vw this morning and the current price on a 1.8t maff is £93.88 +vat  also had a quote for the following other part's..

coolant temp sensor £32.05+vat
k03 turbo £624.76 but with a discount price they can do it for £485.25+ vat  :shocked: lol

i'll try them 1st thing in the morning, im not to fussed about the maff as a very generous member from here is supplying me a maff for a few forum charity beer tokens  :smiley: as for the coolant temp sensor i dont find that a bad price for a genuine vw part and the turbo well cant see that being much cheaper from anywhere else tbh but its only the actuater i need and have allready sourced a pretty cheap 1 just waiting to hear back about it
