buying approved used from dealer - any issues?
« on: 09 September 2017, 09:29 »
Anyone with any bad experiences when buying under the Das Welt Auto scheme?  Been looking at quite a few secondhand GTIs and Rs (2015-2017, between 5-15k miles), all of which come with 12 month warranty.  Some have been mentioned to be demo cars driven by managers.  Because I am exporting to Cyprus and obviously won't be able to just drive the car back to the dealer in case of any issues I'd like to hear of anything i should be aware of, any red flags etc.  Thanks in advance
Now: TSI 1.4 R line MK7.5, 5-door tornado red, DSG, Singapore 17", pan s/r, leds, w/3 baby seats etc etc
Before: GTI MKVI 5-door, candy white, DSG, Monza Shadow 18", s/r, bi-Xenons, DCC, w/2 baby seats etc etc
Even before that: GT MKVI 5-door, tornado red, manual, s/r, w/1 baby seat etc etc
