Been so long since I've been properly active on here.

Great to see this thread's so going and boy, what a job you're doing on this.  makes me want to pull mine to bits and start from scratch.  Just not yet.....

hey ken I have spotted a slight variation from originality in the underside pic of your car :wink:

hey ken I have spotted a slight variation from originality in the underside pic of your car :wink:

there are indeed some variations from stock.

some things you might have noticed:
-G60 front brakes with ducts, you just need bigger brakes
-Golf mk4 rear calipers
-supersprint exhaust collector, OE exhaust manifold was cracked so time to upgrade.
-the OE fuelltank has the heat shield on the tank, mine is now mounted up seperately (late model).

I'll update this thread.

maybe not.

all windows have been fitted, interior is almost complete. Lots of details still to do.

[it was the handbrake cables I noticed :wink:. running to underside of caliper instead of above them/quote]

well that's normal considering the mk4 calipers
