Mk2 16v Turbo Full car rebuild
« on: 13 July 2011, 22:58 »
My 16v Turbo Rebuild is coming along well, should really have done a project thread....

New arches done, new rear corners done, fuel panel repair done, all welding done, turbo rebuilt, head rebuilt, and loads of new bits to go on

Drain hole cut out and one from another car welded in

Fuel filler repair panel and new arch below

New rear corners welded in

Centre section above the badge was cut out of another car and welded in

Wiper hole welded up and filled

Whole lot going into primer tomorrow, then onto the doors, bonnet and boot lid. New wings on the way :)
