My clocks have arrived back from aRd...

They don't look anything special at the mo but I've already started changing some bits

Passat sport rings added

Foils should be here next week so will put them together, just need to order some repair wires to get the wiper stalk working and controlling the MFA :afro:

Yeah I would do it but I don't have a good track record with getting the fronts off the clocks in one piece :lipsrsealed:

Anyways been doing some research on my WMI kit and it seems the nozzle isn't in the best position...

It was pre drilled here before even Dave bought it so not laying the blame anywhere before you start (Dave )

To solve this I've found a nice plug for the inlet manifold and also a take off for the nozzle to be fitted in one of the silicone pipes just after the intercooler. This should allow the WMI to mix with the charge air nicely and will also let the IAT sensor actually see the lower charge temps

Oh found this on ebay for a fookin bargain too

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/160637663592?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649

beats £25 for the Devils Own version

I'll keep you all posted with progress

I think one wire goes to the controller and then then other to an earth point. Once the level sensor is earthed it should cut the controller

I was always thinking your WMI jet is in the wrong place.

Can you not screw it into the silly takeoff on top of throttle body?

Always wondered whether it would be better after the intercooler, spoke to Jonrandom about this a few times!

You will have to take me out in it soon and show me the difference

Chris - not sure if it's the ideal position as the mist may hit the throttle butterfly?

Dave, once I get a free evening we'll go for a drive and find a decent road (if there is such a thing over here) to stretch the legs a little bit
