Ok, so this isn’t a major thing...just something that drives me crazy. The audio for the radio is great...the audio through Bluetooth is not. Why do I have to turn the volume up higher for the Bluetooth audio. Then when I switch back to radio it’s really loud. Is there a setting I’m missing...I’ve checked my iPhone and when it’s connected I don’t have a volume option on the phone, it’s all controlled via car.
Does my head in

I think in the manual it says to turn the phone bluetooth audio up to max.
Press the volume buttons on the side of your phone to turn it up...

Yep turn the phone volume up,my iPhone works fine.

I’ve tried to up the volume on the phone and I just don’t have any volume bar. Do you guys use Apple Music or Spotify or something else? I use spotify...on the gti mk7 you could manually adjust music volume on phone.

Don’t all iPhones have the two volume adjust buttons on the upper left side of the phone?

Hi,
I have the physical buttons..just no actual scroll bar in Spotify to show the volume level.

Go into bluetooth settings, then put the volume up to high. (last setting at the bottom of the list IIRC)
