Jen you seem to have a number of issues with your car, how old is it and how many miles when purchased.
You have only had it a short while, did you purchase privately or from a dealer?
If a dealer I would recommend listing all the faults/ issues and insisting they sort them.
PS Do you know the cars true history?

I don’t know about creaky suspensions but you must hold the most new threads in short time of ownership record, that’s for sure!

To answer the creaky noise is the only issue its being looked at next week they think its the shocks need adjusted on the car apparently its quite a common issue on MK7's

No other problems, first time having one and naturally every wee thing was making me think oh having came out a 11plate Cooper SD which now in comparison was like a tin shoe compared to the golf i was having a flap at anything but ive grown to love her now and only real issue is the creak which i believe is a warranty issue known to VW as the garage said they have had a few MK7 in with the same issues
