I read on another forum someone had the same done to their car as I had. Underground car park, returned no front bumper. I'm pretty positive he said the replacement was £1600.

I metal filled the 4 bolts holding it on and park nose to garage door. I'd put it in the garage but my house was built mid 60;s and does'nt fit.  Weirdly I know the guy, has a regular order with me for A1 footrests.

Absolute scum,
I live in Doncaster, the company I work for has a fleet of lease vans, last week four brand new corsa vans had bonnets front bumpers and headlights all stolen from our car park between 8pm and 11pm,wonder if this was the same crew that done your golf?

Donny here too. It seems the parts trade is more lucrative then stealing the motors.

No keys to steal, no VIN's, no registration numbers, no ANPR and whats a front end of a car go for second hand?

Got to be at least a grand in selling all of those parts with little risk of them being traced as stolen.

10 minutes for a few guys to strip those bits if they have done it before a few times?

Mentioned it earlier in this thread, only four bolts hold it on. Then carefully unclip as you go around the bumper. Quick and easy.
