Hope you don't mind me posting this here, but feel free to remove if so. I checked and it doesn't appear to be against any rules!
A member of my family owned the above car back in 1991 and drove it for many years. I see the car was in use until 2007 (has 1 MOT on the new MOT online checker) but with 150,000 miles and no subsequent MOTs I presume its life has ended!
Now, because it still shows up I presume it hasn't been scrapped. The point I'm getting at is that we'd love to transfer that plate as it has sentimental meaning especially as it would be transferred onto another GTI!
It's a long shot of course, but if anyone has any information (or of course owns!) H12 KLS, a Green 1991 GTI I'd appreciate any leads on the car.
