Hi guy/girls,

Have a mk2 golf and the rear subframe is bent how easy is it to take the old one out and replace

Depends if you've got a lift, workshop, 20yrs accumulated tools/experience, oxy and providing nothing important breaks or rounds out it's a morning including stopping for tea and banter.
If you're doing it on your Ma's driveway on axle stands, your mates socket set and you need it for work in the morning it can be, challenging...  :laugh:

Hi,

I did it on the garage floor, if you have two big stands(I used Teng 3T 4x4 stands) and two jacks you could do it on your own. The biggest PITA is getting it back in that is much easier as a two person job.

Breaker bar is a must !
