i bought these mate and if you look at my other posts (not the angle grind suspension one) you will see how low my car was when i put these on and adjusted it so it was sitting at its lowest, they are absolute rubbish mate and the rebound on the spring is so sharp and bouncy the ride quality is absolute crap. they only lowered my car about 35mm and the advert says up to 100mm.  i have tried to get my money back and get proper instructions specific for the golf but the seller hasnt got a clue and keeps giving me honda civic/mitsibushi eclipse instructions.  he has been searching for instructions for a golf for the past month and i havent left him feedback yet for this reason. stay away if i was you or you can buy mine form me for £50 posted if you wish

I was looking at a set of dampers and springs on ebay the fronts were set at 60mm and the rears were 60mm but rear height adjustable for £200 so i may be investing these.  if your interested i will send you the link so you can have a look at them.
