Looks like a fair price, I was on the A class forum earlier and read that magifoam requires 30 minutes dwelling time which seems excessive and a PITA to me?

I've seen plenty of very similar looking lances on eBay for 1/2 the price.  Not sure what to do really.
Any recommendations for snow foam?

OCD Finish Snow drift
Valet Pro PH Neautral
A-Chem Snow Storm cherry scented

To name but a few.

I've brought a cheap one from eBay before and found myself with my head in my hands after it discharged itself from my PW and hit my edi35, fortunately no damage but moral to the story is don't buy cheap!

Thanks for the info.
It's difficult to know with snow foam lances. The autobrite one could well be identical to this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/271367371334?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
but branded differently. How can you tell unless you've used one :undecided:

The Autobrite snow foam lance always gets great reviews.  But you're right you won't know until you try it.  I've got this one and its still going strong 3 years on  http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/washing-and-drying/foam-pre-wash/snow-foam-lance-various-fittings/prod_371.html

My snow foam recommendations are:

ValetPro Advanced Neutral (favourite by far)
Bilt Hamber Autofoam
A-Chem Snow Storm

Don't bother with Meguairs Hyper Wash - it's too thick and pretty rubbish.

If you've had your lance 3 yrs it must be good!
I might give that one a whirl.
Thanks Rebecca

Treated it to its first wash in a month of ownership

First time I got to really look at the paintwork and its in a sorry state :( been through far too many car washes in its life time so it needs a good machine polish to bring it back to its former glory

Gotta love the snow foam.

It's looking pretty good - very purposeful.

A good machine polish will bring that black back to it's best.
